Can't find what you need? Ask us directly.
Is the website really free?
Yes. There's no charge for the initial website build - you only pay for hosting (only £10/mo or £100/yr) and your domain name. Fully transparent pricing, no hidden costs.
What does the free website include?
A full business website built from one of our existing template designs - typically Home, About, Services, Gallery and Contact (5 pages), covering everything most small businesses need to get online. Bespoke design, extra pages or online stores are quoted separately.
Can I really edit it myself?
Yes - you get full access to update your own text and images whenever you like. Basic support and the odd small update are free too. If you'd rather we handled updates on a regular schedule, our paid Website Care plans can do it for you.
What happens if I cancel hosting?
The free website is tied to active hosting, so it comes down if you cancel. We're happy to export your content for you to take elsewhere.
Can I get a discount for leaving a review?
Yes - leave us a review 30 days after launch and we'll knock £1/mo off your hosting, up to £2/mo off in total.
